Serve up breaky like a creative ninja! This simple and nutritious smoothie-bowl recipe is designed to provide sustained energy and health benefits throughout your day… and it only takes 5 min!

Single Serve | Prep time: 5 min

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen bananas (ripe, thinly sliced and frozen in advance)
1/2 cold water
1/2 cup ice
2 tablespoons good quality peanut butter
1 sachet Healthy Trim chocolate

Method/Instructions:

Place all ingredients (sachet last) into a blender and blend until smooth. 

Scoop into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings!

Our Toppings: Granola, freshly sliced bananas, raspberries, chocolate shavings and a drizzle of peanut butter.
