Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers
Healthy Trim is a brand, owned and operated by Consolidated Brands Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 51 647 923 957).
By accessing, browsing, or using our website as a guest or member, you agree to be bound by our terms, conditions and disclaimers herein, which may be amended from time to time and become effective immediately. The onus is on the consumer to regularly check our website for any amendments and updates.
The use of our website shall be in accordance with the regulations and laws of Victoria, Australia. Any legal action arising out of its misuse shall be brought and enforced under Australian Law. You agree and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia. Any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
For added security you must not disclose any of your personal information to a third party. Such information is private and confidential. The consumer will be held liable for any misconducted.
We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time if we feel you have not complied within our terms and conditions or you have behaved with gross misconduct.
Refund Policy
Healthy Trim does not refund or exchange our products. Once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, they cannot be cancelled.
Our grass-fed Whey Protein shakes are dairy-based. We strongly advise you ensure you are not lactose intolerant prior to purchasing our shakes. Our refund policy also applies here.
Delivery
Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 -2 business days, unless stock is unavailable, where you will be notified at the time of processing your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with an AusPost tracking number when it leaves our warehouse. All orders are delivered by Australia Post Standard eParcel and typically arrive within 7-9 business days of dispatch or 9-14 business days WA only. Or Australia Post Express eParcel 3-5 business days or 5-7 business days WA only. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us via the contact us page.
Your personal information (name address and telephone details) will be used (as provided by you) by Australia Post to deliver your package. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery information provided.
Standard shipping is $10.00 AUD or $25.00 express shipping to anywhere within Australia. We are currently unable to ship to any other countries.
Health Disclaimer
Healthy Trim was scientifically formulated within the RDI guidelines. The program is designed to assist in weight loss, provided it is followed as recommended. If you have any health concerns, we advise you consult your medical practitioner before commencing on this or any other weight loss program.
Healthy Trim program isn’t recommended for children under the age of 16 years, unless it had been approved by your medical practitioner and supervised by a consenting adult.
