REFUND POLICY

Healthy Trim does not offer a refund or exchange on our products. Once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, they cannot be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of orders must be notified by contacting Healthy Trim immediately via our contact us page and before goods have been dispatched. Once goods have been dispatched, cancellation of an order cannot be accepted or applied. 

DELIVERY

Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 -2 business days, unless stock is unavailable, where you will be notified at the time of processing your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with an AusPost tracking number when it leaves our warehouse.  All orders are delivered by Australia Post e-Parcel and typically arrive within 7-10 business days of dispatch (orders to Western Australia may take a bit longer). If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us via the contact us page.

Your personal information (name address and telephone details) will be used (as provided by you) by Australia Post to deliver your package. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery information provided.

Standard delivery is AUD$10  to anywhere within Australia. We are currently unable to ship to any other countries.
