Recipe:
This simple and nutritious porridge recipe is designed to provide sustained energy and health benefits throughout your day.
Serves: 2 | Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 cup milk (of your choice)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Healthy Trim Crème Brûlée
Method:
- Combine oats, milk, water and cinnamon in a medium saucepan.
- Place over medium heat, bring to a gentle simmer for 10-15 mins or until oats are thick and creamy.
- Add Healthy Trim Crème Brûlée, extra milk if needed and stir for a further 2-3 mins.
- Divide between two serving bowls.
Toppings:
Fresh raspberries, blueberries, sliced banana, almond flakes, toasted coconut, coconut sugar or a drizzle of maple syrup.
