Recipe

Single Serve  |  Prep time: 10 mins  |  DifficultyEasy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 sachet Healthy Trim chocolate

Method:

1. To the blender add milk, chia seeds and blend for about 25 seconds.

2. Add Healthy Trim chocolate powder, blend until smooth and creamy. If mixture is a bit thick, add a little more milk.

3. Scoop mixture into a bowl or jar, cover and leave in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours or overnight.

Toppings: 

Coconut yoghurt, chocolate nibs or flakes, fresh fruit, nuts, toasted coconut.
